We commissioned Blair Donald to build our two storey extension to the rear of our old property. This was a full remodel project and we had every confidence in Davy and his team. The guys worked efficiently and to a very high standard. Very professional and friendly crew and it was nice dropping in daily to check on progress. There was good input throughout the project to keep us right with things and deliver a better finish and a better house. The house looks completely different and we are delighted with everything. We recently used the services of Blair Donald for a bathroom renewal and other remedial works following a leak in our house and we are incredibly happy with the results. From start to finish, Davie and his team have been professional, reliable and displayed an exceptional standard of workmanship. We renovated an old property commencing January 2023 remotely from the South Coast of England through calls and WhatsApp videos. The property had been badly damaged by water leaks throughout many rooms and had black mould in every room bar one. Everything had to be stripped back to the brick, dried out, plastered, painted and fully rewired throughout. Plumbing also renewed Two ceilings had to be replaced. An extension was also built and a bathroom doubled in size. A new kitchen and shower room were fitted.All doors throughout were replaced and many other items refurbished. Everyone at Blair Donald has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, we wholeheartedly recommend this company. We contacted a few building companies to undertake our three storey build, lots of chasing for quotes and many didn't respond. Blair Donald were the most accommodating and confident by far, presenting us with a clear breakdown of costs from the outset. Six months in to our building project and we have been incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and thorough approach. Communication has been excellent, always quick to respond, regular meetings, and a willingness to make adaptations along the way.
